Council meetings

Ordinary council meetings are held in the Council Chambers on the 3rd Thursday of each month. Meetings commence at 2:00pm. Notice of business for inclusion in the paper must be received by post or in hand before 5:00pm on the Tuesday of the week prior to the meeting. All council meetings are open to the press and the public; except where council specifically resolves that they be excluded when a particular matter is being considered.
